1.1.0 - 2026-07-19

What’s new since 1.0.0 - YouTube joins the platforms you can connect, with its comments and analytics flowing through HIVE, and Single Sign-On arrives for Enterprise customers.

  • YouTube is now available to connect. Publish videos, keep up with comments, and see how your channel is performing alongside your other platforms. See Connect YouTube.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) for Enterprise customers. Let your team sign in with your own identity provider - Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, or any provider that supports OIDC or SAML 2.0 - instead of a separate HIVE password. See Set up Single Sign-On.
  • Audit log - workspace admins can see who did what: content, sign-in, connection, and admin events, each with actor, target, and IP. Filter by category, action, or date, and export to CSV. See Audit log.
  • Email analytics - a new Email tab in Analytics showing how the email HIVE sends on your behalf performs: delivery, open, click, bounce, and spam-complaint rates for your newsletters, surveys, Document Hub shares, press releases, and crisis-response messages, with a per-category breakdown and its own export. See Analytics.
  • Instagram audience demographics on the Analytics Social tab - see your followers by age and gender and by top countries. A lifetime view, aggregated across your connected Instagram accounts. See Analytics.
  • Boards in Planning - split your planning into separate boards, shown as tabs; editors can add, rename, and delete them (a deleted board’s cards move to your default board). See Planning.
  • Show cards on the calendar - put a communication card on your internal or external calendar, on a row you choose. See Planning.
  • Custom calendar rows - admins can add their own labelled, colour-coded rows to both the internal and external calendar, alongside the built-in channels on the year grid. See External calendar.
  • Briefs and KPIs on calendar events - link a strategic brief and several KPI goals to an event, the same way Planning cards do. See External calendar.
  • Analytics is now organised into tabs - Social, Web, Email, Other, and KPI - with a shared date range and a per-tab export. See Analytics.
  • Google Analytics now shows a full GA4 report on the Web tab - active users, sessions, engagement, geography, audience demographics, technology, acquisition, top and landing pages, and new vs returning (previously just page views). See Analytics.
  • Clicking a calendar event opens a preview card with Edit and Delete, instead of jumping straight into the editor - matching how posts already behave. It shows the event’s brief, KPIs, dates and description, and marks KPIs you’ve since archived. See External calendar.
  • A clearer status legend on the calendars. Every view now carries one, and the external calendars label Posts and Events separately - the two vocabularies share words like “Scheduled” but mean different things. Events also no longer show a publish status they can never hold. See External calendar.
  • The holiday calendar now covers Finland, Norway and Denmark, alongside the nine countries already there. See External calendar.
  • All-day events now read All day instead of showing a 00:00 start time.
