Social publishing
Section titled “Social publishing”- Compose a post once, choose which connected accounts it goes to, and either publish now or schedule it for later. See Social publishing.
- Plan and track posts on a colour-coded calendar (Week, Month and Year views) alongside a scheduled-posts list.
- Facebook and Instagram are live and can be connected now. LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok are still rolling out and aren’t available to connect yet. See Connect Facebook and Connect Instagram.
Unified inbox
Section titled “Unified inbox”- Comments on your posts and mentions of your brand arrive in one shared team inbox, so you can read and reply without signing in to each platform. See Unified inbox.
- At launch this covers the connected platforms: comments for Facebook and Instagram, and brand mentions for Instagram. Facebook mentions aren’t surfaced yet.
Planning
Section titled “Planning”- Plan your communications work on the Planning board - a board of communication cards showing what’s in progress, who owns it, and where it stands. See Planning.

Internal comms

- Newsletters - compose branded internal newsletters from content blocks and send them to your employee list by email. See Newsletters.
- Surveys - build short-answer, multiple-choice or yes/no surveys, share them by link or email, and read responses per respondent. See Surveys.
- Document hub - upload PDF, Word and Excel files, preview them in the browser, and share them as real email attachments behind short-lived links. See Document hub.
- Announcements - plan internal communications on a channel-based editorial calendar. See Announcements.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”- One page for social, website and email performance together - summary cards, trend charts and a cross-platform comparison across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Any team member can view and export. See Analytics.

Risk & Reputation
Section titled “Risk & Reputation”- Reputation monitoring - early-warning alerts on critical comments, brand mentions and news coverage. A paid add-on, switched on per company by HIVE. See Monitoring.
- Crisis Response - build, approve and share a crisis-communication protocol. A standard feature, available to every company with no add-on required. See Crisis Response.
Connecting platforms
Section titled “Connecting platforms”- Connect Facebook Pages and Instagram (via Meta) to publish, measure and manage comments. LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok have guides but aren’t available to connect yet. See Connecting Platforms.

Platform
Section titled “Platform”- Documentation ships in English and Swedish, with a full parallel Swedish guide set.
- Role-based access throughout: Admins connect platforms and manage the team, Editors create and send content, and Viewers see and export without making changes. See Getting started.
- Customer data is held in the EU by default (Microsoft’s Ireland region), with US or Swiss regions available for organisations that require them.
